Create a page introduction with excerpts

Usually a common feature for our themes, you can add a page introduction using excerpts. The excerpt will show just under the page title, whether it’s a basic page or a page using the Hero Featured Image.

  1. Create or open any page.
  2. In the editor, look for the Excerpt box and write your introduction.
  3. Click the Publish or the Update button.

NOTE: If you are using the Classic Editor, the excerpt box (field) will more likely be located below your editor window.
