Add a Blog Introduction

Amble gives you the option to create a custom blog title and introduction. By default, WordPress does not give you this option, with the exception of the category archive pages. Your heading group would look something like this:

The screenshot above shows what the welcome intro would look like. It gets the blog author’s Gravatar image and then the intro will be a page that you create with your message. *Make sure you have this page already made before going to the intro settings.

1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Blog Options
2. Look for the Page with a Blog Welcome Intro setting from the drop-down list.
3. Click the Publish button.
